Shipping Policy

STATE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship to *MOST* US states. At this time we are unable to ship to Arkansas, Alaska, Hawai, Michigan, Mississippi, South Dakota and Utah. Please check back periodically for updates as we expand our footprint. We do NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. 

AGE REQUIREMENT

We only sell and deliver wine to persons 21 years of age and older. By placing an order through our website, you are representing yourself as at least 21 years of age. You must present a valid ID at the time of delivery.

CARRIER AND DELIVERY TIMES

Wine shipments are shipped UPS or FedEx ground. We currently ship packages in pulp unless cold ship is requested by the customer. Packages should be received on the first delivery attempt to ensure that your wine is stored in the proper temperature. Our carriers may make two additional attempts to deliver your order. After the third attempt it will be held at the warehouse. timeforwine.net does not take responsibility for failed delivery attempts and the resulting heat or temperature issues with the delivered wine. 

If you need expedited shipping service please email us (hello@timeforwine.net) and we can provide this service to you at an extra charge. 

timeforwine.net strives to process and ship orders within 5 business days if received before 12pm EST. If placed after 12 p.m. EST the order will not be processed until the following business day. We do not process or ship on non-business days or holidays.

LEGAL NOTICE

Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from timeforwine.net to the purchaser in the State of Florida and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping of it from Florida to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine via common carrier, timeforwine.net is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. You will be billed for this service. By utilizing this service from timeforwine.net the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
