How do I host a Wine Tasting in my home/office?

We love in-home and in-office wine tastings! Just set the date and time (any day except Sunday), invite 8-16 friends over who love wine, and get ready to pop some corks! We provide the wine, the knowledge, and the fun! All you need to do is provide some light snacks/appetizers and water.

Our Personal Wine Consultant will walk you through the tasting of five bottles of wine. Just pick out the five bottles of wine you want to taste, and email or call us. 

What is the cost of a wine tasting?

The standard cost is $99.00, which includes your Personal Wine Consultant for the evening and your five bottles of wine!

How long does a wine tasting last?

We ask that you plan for a wine tasting that is between an hour to hour and a half. The length of time can vary depending on the number of guests.

What is the limit on home/office wine tastings?

Preferably up to 18 guests for Home tasting so we can provide an intimate atmosphere.

Do I get anything special for hosting the wine tasting?

We love our hosts! Besides tasting fine wines and hosting a fun evening in your home or office, Time For Wine provides you with a small gift once 2+ cases of wine are ordered among the group!

What is the minimum purchase at a wine tasting?

We prefer to sell a minimum of one case (12 bottles) to 18 bottles. These can be mixed and matched among the group.

Do you do fundraisers or large events?

Yes! Time For Wine is very active in our local communities and we love working with non-profits and charitable causes. Please contact us to personalize your event. We work with event planners, event venues, caterers and chefs.

What forms of payment do you take?

We proudly accept all major credit cards, checks and cash.

Do you offer online sales or shipping?

Yes and yes! You can shop our current wine inventory right here on our website. You can also order via email or phone. We can ship throughout Florida and the United States. However, if you are local in the Tampa Bay area, you are welcome to stop by our warehouse for free pickup. Free delivery on our Wine of the Month club.

How do I purchase Private Label Wines or gift baskets?

Now you're talkin'! You can learn more about our Private Labels here. We require a minimum order of one case (12 bottles) on Private Labels ($35.00 labels) plus the cost of the wine. These make excellent gifts for corporate gatherings, weddings, or business clients!

Our customized gift baskets start at $50.00 for one bottle, up to $200.00.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

No, we do not have a physical storefront. We do most of our sales online, or in person at our events. However, you are more than welcome to stop by our office/warehouse during business hours. We are available Monday - Thursday 9am-4pm and Fridays 9am-1pm. You can find us here.

What is the cost of events like corporate parties or ribbon cutting ceremonies?

This will greatly depend on the event and number of guests, but a typical Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will start at $225.00 for up to 25 guests and two hours. This includes five different varieties of wine, tasting glasses, and a Wine Consultant, as well as set up and clean up. Please contact us for specific details!
